Walmart Inc., Middletown, NY, June 2020 - June 2022 

Cashier & Front End Associate 

Manage 8-12 customers simultaneously on separate machines making sure items are properly scanned and customers are assisted when necessary. Swift and friendly service. 

Maintain a self checkout area clean throughout a 4-8 shift. Ensuring spills are cleaned, left behind merchandise is moved to its proper location and shelves are organized. 

Structure and organize with minimum supervision 4 days per week. Find different ways to get tasks completed in a better and faster method. 

Manage money and customer purchases, ensuring items are up to standard and change is 100% correct.  Train and oversee new employees entering the department. Show methods on how to complete tasks according to Walmart standards. Be able to work with 2-3 other coworkers at a time. 

Sort merchandise left at register and shelves into bins to be returned to the department it belongs to out of 74 existing store departments.

Document important events held between self and other 8 board members. Photograph members and attendees during events held multiple times a month focusing on main purpose and accomplishments achieved during events.  Create new events with other 8 board members to bring the Latinx community together.

Photographs for family and family friend part events. 

Arrive at the event early in order to take photographs of the venue and main people of the event. 

Arrive at other locations such as churches, parks, and party venues.

Take photographs throughout the whole event, choose the best photographs, edit chosen photographs.

Print photographs and give them to the families. 

Have done baby showers, baptisms, first communions, and birthday parties.
